This concept eliminates the barrier between the consumer and retailer where the shopping experience is one of exploration, discovery and interaction. The envelope of the shop is a container to house an interactive media wall, layered with watches on display. The consumer is drawn in to the space from a distance and encouraged to touch and experience the watches, all secured with a thin retractable cable to their clasp. Further research of products and availability or even the history of Movado can happen by scrolling through the touch screens imbedded into the cantilevered plinth base (reminiscent of a watch handle) at the front of the store....
