These Sculptures are part of a body of work that include more than three hundred drawings and twenty sculptures executed over a three-year period. The works explore new methods of construction and push the boundaries of modularity related to conventional methods of construction in architecture. Inherent in their form are ideas about energy, tension, and fluidity expressed in bent wood organic structures that fold into and out of space. The structures are alive, embodied with potential energy and work.
