Mr. Contegiacomo was born in Paterson New Jersey on October 8th, 1965. He was trained as a painter and sculptor in a private school at the age of 9 and at the age of 11 curated a 1976 Bicentennial Disney theme fair that was widely published and acknowledged by academic scholars. Mr. Contegiacomo was offered a college art scholarship for his achievements and later studied Environmental Design, with a Fine Art concentration in painting and sculpture at Parsons School of Design in New York City. He received his Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn with high honors and well published studio work. After several years of experience as a senior designer with top tier architectural firms including HLW International, he went on to establish his own design studio in 1996. Mr. Contegiacomo lives and works in NYC, with his wife and family, and has exhibited his art and architectural work on the east and west coasts of the United States.
